Great plumbers.  Very responsive and professional.  They are fair with their pricing.  I bought an older home on the lake and they helped correct some serious drainage issues and fix water lines and valves for my washer hookup that the delivery people stripped out causing a basement leak. This company is so amazing. My Well went out and the insurance company was giving me a hard time on fixing it. They went way beyond there job to make sure the insurance company got what they needed so they could repair the Well. He later go under my house and find a leak and he repaired that as well. So somebody took off my well house cap and tromped on my pipes and broke them Saturday night. I called our regular plumbers emergency line and nobody answered. I called Lake Norman. They answered right away. Wanted some pictures. Said they'd be out around 2:00. After looking at the pictures and knowing that we didn't have any water at all, they showed up around 11:30. Steve was very good, fast, and in no time we had water. He also found several other issues with our filtration system and our pressure tank. We just had him fix it all and it's all done. Everything was done as promised, completed before the time they said it would be finished, and was right on the pricing that they gave us in the beginning. I guess we have a new plumber! Wonderful that they could get it all done on a Saturday morning!
UPDATE... Hey it's Monday morning. And guess what? The owner of this company called us in the morning to make sure that we had water and everything was fine. How many plumbing companies do that? These guys are the best around.

I came home to a broken and flooding water heater around 3pm and a neighbor had used Lake Norman Plumber On Call and called them for me and less than 45 minutes later they were there to take over! I can’t say enough good things about their immediate response, professionalism,  thorough service and knowledge! They turned a stressful situation into no big deal & had me up and running with a brand new system within 3hrs. They guarantee their work and their product with a 6yr. warranty and left their business card on the water heater if they are needed again! Very pleased with knowledge and problem solving on a few nagging issues that other plumbers were not able to address, as we thought this was a water heater problem from an original install in August of 2024, so had that plumbing company return to diagnose, without success.  Steven's experience was demonstrated through his diagnosis, and the water heater is not the problem rather the water circulation and back check valves etc are the culprit but were never considered by the other plumbers.
