I am so pleased with the work that we had done this morning. Matthew was wonderful. He couldn't have been nicer and more efficient, and really answered all of our questions about other things too. I definitely will use them again very soon.

Service was exceptional. They came, got right to work, and were extremely diligent. Took the time to explain everything — overall an amazing experience. 10/10. Recommending to everyone I know.

We called this company and they returned our call the next business day first thing in the morning, and were able to come out that same day. They found a leak in a water pipe and repaired it same day. The service was great, as well as the price, and the guys who came out were very nice to deal with.

Purchasing a new water heater was not on my list of things to do today. However, I can't say enough great things about Steven and the team at Lake Norman Plumber on Call. From initial phone call to final installation was about four and a half hours. They were friendly, professional, respectful of our home, and priced competitively. He explained each step, walked me through my options with pros and cons, and helped me make the right choice with zero high-pressure sales and an abundance of transparency. Very refreshing to see this level of service these days.

I cannot say enough good things about Lake Norman Plumber On Call. We had a tankless water heater installation that was completely botched by another company, and they stepped in and saved the day! Outstanding service — highly recommend.

Called these guys after our main sewer line backed up and we had a couple of other issues. They came out and fixed the problems promptly, professionally, and — more importantly — five times cheaper than the first quote I got from one of these big brand plumbers. I highly recommend Lake Norman Plumber on Call for anyone in the area.
